Receiving a validation error that is not actually an error

I have received this validation error below but it’s not actually an error as you can see in the attached. I have tried to resubmit multiple times but it keeps coming back with this 'validation error'

Error: Row63:Date of Marketing Status should be nul

I have the same since January. I raised tick on EMA servicedesk. It is still worked on.
