Affiliated organisation - no responses from help desk

Hello,
I am trying to register an i-SPOC for my organisation however I am having the same issue as many others have had in that there are no options to select an affiliated organistion in the draft submissions section. I wrote to help-desk 1 week ago and so far nobody has answered me. The deadline is the 2nd September. Will be the deadline postponed ?

Due to a problem with the integration routine between the EMA Identity and Account Management meeting system and IRIS, and also because of an increase in submissions and Servicedesk requests due to the return from holidays coupled with the iSpoc deadline, EMA Servicedesk is experiencing a surge of requests, so it may take more than usual to perform the re-sync, for which we apologize. EMA IT is aware of the background issue in the integration routine and is working towards a solution.

Has this been solved now? Not possible for me to get affiliated with my employee.
Is it advised to contact HelpDesk to get it fixed?

Dear Stian Morch Aaen, in our records there is no request for affiliation to any organisation for your user role. Please consult the instructions provided in the IRIS guide to registration and request affiliation to your organisation(s) in the EMA Account Management System.

Of note, we see that you have a different email in your ServiceNow account than the one you used for the EMA Account Management System. This may lead to confusion when you ask for support, as these are effectively two different accounts.
