Retention of completed submissions documents

Dear IRIS admin,

When I go back to completed submissions, like PIPs or SA, I would expect to find documents received from EMA or submitted by myself on nehalf of a sponsor from previous interactions (at least in the last 5 years), but when I look into the PIP documents I submitted for a PIP modification back in 2023, there is no record of the documents I submitted to support a PIP modification (i.e. there are no folders).
