The submission form for initial scientific advice includes the following question: "Is the applicant part of ENEEA?"

Can anyone tell me what this abbreviation stands for? We have not been able to find this online or in any of the guidance documents, and this is a new question compared to our previous requests for scientific advice.

Reading the guidance again, I guess that ENEEA is an abbreviation for 'entities not engaged in economic activities' although they don't use the abbreviation in the guidance document.

Your understanding is correct. The portal and the guidance will be updated to spell out the abbreviation, so that it is  clearer.
