I have received a request from the national competent authority asking for the correction of annual statements for veterinary medicinal products. Specifically, they asked us to verify the reporting periods provided and to submit corrected statements via the IRIS platform.
Could you please advise how I can submit a correction to an already submitted annual statement in IRIS? Is there a dedicated function for uploading corrected documents or should the original submission be withdrawn and re-submitted?
