Acknowledgment of Day+25 PI submission

Hi, 
when we were submitting the EUPI through Eudralink (at Day+5 and at Day+25), we received acknowledgement of each actual submission. 

In IRIS, we do not get this acknowledgement and we do not even have a "Tracking" tab to consult the performed submission. 

Can you advice: 

1. how to receive acknowledgement of each submission?
2. if there is a way to consult the performed submission?

When you upload a document in an IRIS submission via the IRIS portal, the document remains visible indefinitely in the tab "Documents from applicant". You can check the document there at any time, and if necessary, download it. IRIS does not send an acknowledgement for every document uploaded by applicants into the system.
