I would like to know  it is possible send assistance scientific advice draft document ?
It is possible get comments and reviews?
What is procedure?

A teleconference will be arranged following your request to receive support by the assigned Scientific Officer.

The feature appears within the draft submission. You need to create a draft submission, and then select the appropriate option.
