Transfer of ODD from company A to company B

what is the procedure to within IRIS to submit an application for transfer of ODD from company A to company B

- do the RPI needs to be transferred to company B from Company A before submitting ODD transfer application
- error popped after providing New Sponsor Details - ' cannot find record to be updated' (new sponsor is registered in SPOR and other entitlements were successfully transferred from company A to company B - PIP, scientific advice etc..)
-error popping for RPI field -' The record you are looking for couldn't be found'
