Contact Person for RPI

I am drafting a PIP Modification in IRIS and need to select a contact person for the RPI.
The drop down list is empty.
Can anyone advise in which system you associate a person with the RPI?

Please Report an issue with IRIS for bugs such as this one, specifying the RPI number and which contact person should be added.
