Access was granted but not able to see application

I have been added as IRIS Industry Manager to Sab Biotherapeutics Inc. Org ID 100050507 but not able to see application EMA/PE/0000182592 under my account. The other IRIS Industry managers are not able to see me listed as a contact in Submission Form> Research Product data update> Contact person for RPI. Also, they are not able to find me in 'Manage submission contact > Change submission contact > Search for the contact'

For problems and technical issues about IRIS, please create an incident ticket in EMA ServiceNow, attaching relevant screenshots for a faster response.
