Is there a possibility to delete document under "Documents from the Applicant" within the Submission Form?
Currently there is only possibility to overwrite the document but sometimes there may be human error while uploading the document.
If there is no possibility, I would like to propose to consider this option in IRIS.

Documents already uploaded can be deleted from a submission, but only while the submission is in "draft" status, i.e. it has not been sent to EMA yet. Additionally, the whole submission can be deleted when in "draft" status, including all uploaded documents, allowing an applicant to restart from scratch.

Once an application has been submitted to EMA, it is only possible to request a withdrawal, but not to delete the submission, or to remove any files uploaded, even if the submission is reopened for an update. This is by design and there are no plans to change this in the future.

Thank you for your response.
Could you please guide me how to delete the uploaded documents (prior to hitting submit button)?
Currently, i could only see possibility of "overwrite" documents (if file name has the same name).

Thank you again for your support!

Thank you for your screenshot but the dropdown button is not visible/available from Applicant's side.

Could you advise when this function could be made available to the Applicant?

As mentioned, it is only possible to delete a document if the application (submission) is in "draft" status, i.e. it has not been submitted to EMA yet. After the application has been submitted for the first time, files cannot be deleted anymore, and the dropdown button will not be visible, even if the submission has been reopened "for edit and upload or "for upload" only. In the case that your submission has never been submitted but still you cannot delete documents, please Report an issue with IRIS  with our service desk, attaching screenshots and including the number of the submission.
