Select previous advice list is empty for an initial scientific advice application

I am preparing an initial advice for a new indication for a compound that has had previous EMA advice for other indications. I want to reference the previous EMA advice and searched for them in the "Select Previous Advice" list where they are not visible. The advice have been imported into IRIS and transferred from a previous applicant to a new applicant.
Can I upload the previous EMA advice under Procedural Information/Previous advice received (national) instead?
