In our company we started to use IRIS last year. Lately more and more required submissions need to be done via IRIS. As users of the portal we see the issues or better we would like to propose improvements that would hopefully be implemented in the near future.

How and where to propose those?

Hello, I can only support Jaka's question. The Animal Health sector has to use IRIS for e.g. annual statement submissions but we are not aware of any presentation of the module to AH Industry representatives before its roll out. Did we miss something?

Specifically, the search for products can be improved, considering that we have to submit statements for all registered products in the EEA - hence the search functionality that is adapted to CAPs brings issues with MRP/DCP/NP products - which are the majority of an MAH portfolio.

Thank you for your questions. Please note the Agency is taking into consideration recommendations coming from Industry. As per the established process, these recommendations are provided through EU Industry Trade Associations or in forums such as the Industry Volunteer Groups whose members are nominated by EU Industry Trade Associations. For specific issues, kindly report them directly by raising a ticket through the EMA ServiceDesk Portal.
