Dears,
We are facing the following recurring issue for which our tickets with the EMA helpdesk are still pending. Some colleagues need to request RPI prior to submitting a SA request for their product under development. While trying to select the substance(s) applicable for their product, it appears that the substances list remain loading which prevent the selection and therefore prevent to progress the request. Would you have any idea how to solve this?

The issue may be caused by a local setup problem - you may wish to check whether using a different computer and/or browser and/or network solves the issue. There have been cases where using Chrome instead of Safari has sorted the problem. 
Otherwise, the way to proceed is indeed to report the issue via a Servicedesk ticket.

Many thanks for your response. I confirm that my colleagues could progress with their request using Chrome.
