Praposed marketing status

While uploading the Excel file (Bulk upload) to submit the marketing status it is showing as succesfully uploaded without any validation error but the praposed marketing status is showing as There is no records to display. may i know the reason for this. 

We have waited to an hour that it might show the praposed marketing status after the Bulk upload file but it showing as There is no records to display, Please confirm can we see the praposed marketing status before submitting application or not.
