Many thanks. The MAH transfer has been completed by the EC. We are now looking to submit a marketing status update for the product via IRIS but are unable to find it in the system in order to record it. We will submit a ServiceNow ticket. -
MAH transfers - do products automatically appear in list for Marketing Status Report?
We have undertaken MAH transfer activities for several products, including the RPI within IRIS, but the products are not currently visible within the marketing status reports. Is there another action needed in order to be able to report marketing status updates for these products? -
MAH transfers - do products automatically appear in IRIS?
When a change of MA Holder for a product has been affected, are the RPIs, products and marketing status etc. automatically transferred and visible in the new organisation's IRIS account or do they need to be transferred over using the RPI process detailed in the 'guide to registration'?
