  • How to submit answers to PDCO request for modification (RfM) after clock-stop in IRIS?

Thu, 11 Jul 2024 10:18:33 GMT – Paediatric submissions in IRIS: how to submit answers to the PDCO request for modification

Once the PDCO request for modification (RFM) is adopted, your case (procedure) enters "clock-stop" status and your submission will be "reopened for edit". This means that you can edit all the structured data in the portal webforms (prepopulated with the initial text/options) and upload new documents. Once you have completed your edits, and uploaded the relevant documents, you will have to re-submit the application using the same procedure as employed at initial submission. See Section 13 in:

IRIS guide to applicants (creation of submissions)

Please note that summary report with RFM will be shared with the applicants in the portal within 10 days of the plenary meeting, therefore the submission may re-open for edit before the report is available.

  • RE: Notification messages which relate to historic PIP modifications

Thu, 04 Jul 2024 09:13:53 GMT – Notification messages which relate to historic PIP modifications
Please ignore the submission receipt email for your already approved PIP modifications as it has been sent in error by the IRIS system during the migration of the old paediatric cases from the previous system.

    We apologise for any confusion.
