Transfer of Scientific Advice
In order to complete the Transfer of a Scientific Advice from Company A to Company B, it is requested to upload "Documents from Applicant". Does it mean that the package previously submitted for the SA procedure need to be uploaded? Would this procedure allow Company B to proceed with a SA follow-up? -

In case of a company (A) that performed some application submissions via IRIS portal on behalf of another company (B) and from January 2025 company A will no longer exist, how will the previous submissions be managed? Will company B be still able to see them?
