Since an IRIS Coordinator has to anyway be appointed to see a specific submission (like an IRIS manager), could you please better explain which is the advantage of this role comparing to a Manager (that in addition can also edit the relevant submission) in order to make a more aware and correct choice of the roles? 

By definition if you have an IRIS coordinator role for an Organisation you have the rights to see all the applications for all the products of the mentioned organisation. Why at the creation of the reference number for an activity of a product of the mentioned Organisation the coordinator doesn't see the uploaded documents on the portal automatically?
