I understand from a previous answer that the RPI contact person can be changed during an IRIS submission and this was possible because the name of the person to be appointed was listed in the drop down menu. My question is: how can I add a new person as RPI contact person to appear in the drop down menu in the next IRIS submission? e.g. my name was not listed and I could not appoint myself, even if I am appointed as IRIS Industry manager for that company. Thank you.

If you are able to create a draft submission for a specific Location of your organisation, and see the RPI, you should appear in the popup menu that allows the selection of a different contact. If this is not the case, please raise an incident in ServiceNow, providing details about the submission number of your draft and the RPI number. There have been a few instances where an Industry Manager was not affiliated to all locations of the same parent organisation, due to a bug.

Thanks for the advice, I have submitted the request as instructed. The ServiceNow responded: You can ask a question in the Employee Topic section of the Employee Center (europa.eu) by following the 'Ask a question' link. This will direct you to the appropriate department.
