The Financial Information tab appeared after validation was confirmed. Therefore, it is understood, that the e-mail informing about the invoice and payment is sent beforehand, when the "Financial tab" is not yet displayed in IRIS. See screenshot

Within a new Scientific advice request, we received the information about invoice being available under the financial informaition tab of the IRIS Case, quote "invoice information will be available in the Financial Information tab of your IRIS case, displaying details such as invoice number, date, amount, and due date".
I cannot find such a tab, can you help locating it?

Thanks for the advice, I have submitted the request as instructed. The ServiceNow responded: You can ask a question in the Employee Topic section of the Employee Center (europa.eu) by following the 'Ask a question' link. This will direct you to the appropriate department.

I understand from a previous answer that the RPI contact person can be changed during an IRIS submission and this was possible because the name of the person to be appointed was listed in the drop down menu. My question is: how can I add a new person as RPI contact person to appear in the drop down menu in the next IRIS submission? e.g. my name was not listed and I could not appoint myself, even if I am appointed as IRIS Industry manager for that company. Thank you.
